There are already plenty of late 80s babies entertainers like chris brown or rihanna etc. Early 90s babies are still gaining momentum though even though they already have the likes of justin bieber/one direction etc.

I think the 2010s will be dominated by people born from the late 1970s onwards, and towards the very end, as late as the early 2000s.

Of course. It will be dominated by Mid and Late 90's babies too. By 2019, someone born in 1999 will be 20 years old so there will be many entertainers dominating who are around that age.
