The BBC reports that twice-convicted paedophile Gary Glitter has been arrested for "sexual offences".
I wonder if they played "Rock and Roll Part 2" as he was led into the police station? ???

Reports aren't clear on exactly what's going on. Glitter has been implicated in the investigation of the late Jimmy Savile, a television presenter and fellow pedo.

Reports aren't clear on exactly what's going on. Glitter has been implicated in the investigation of the late Jimmy Savile, a television presenter and fellow pedo.

Gary Glitter may not have been at it again, the police are investigating offences by Jimmy Savile over the last 50 years and the possible involvement of Gary Glitter and the possiblity of other leading personalities of the time, especially during the 70s and 80s.
Gary Glitter has been released on bail, due to attend the police again in November.

The basic 'defence' is that he touched up a couple of ladies at work. Not saying that's o.k. but not nearly as bad as what Jimmy Saville is alleged to have done.
