It appears that a struggling rapper from Sharon PA, who goes by the name "Maxamillion", is suing Whiz Kalifa over his smash hit Black and Yellow, an ode to the Picksburgh Stillers.
Maxamillion claims that this song was nothing but a ripoff of his own song "Pink and Yellow" which was written in 2007. :-\\

It's "borscht" not "borsched" so that ought to clear things up!
