That picture reminds me of an old college story.  My roommate came back to the apartment one day and he could NOT stop laughing.  I swear I thought he was gonna die.

Apparently he was in one of the rest rooms where they had the type of urinal that's in this picture.  While he's using it, some Chinese exchange student comes in, pulls down his pants, and proceeds to drop a deuce.  He then sort of got up and noticed there was no TP, so he waddled over to one of the stalls (pants down to his ankles) and got some TP.

But that wasn't the funny part.  What got my roomate all busted up was he could see this Chinese kid going back to his room that nght and writing a letter home. Dear Mom  These Americans sure have strange toilets.  You have to use one all out in the open, then you go into this little booth to wipe."
