News wires are reporting that 84-year-old Playboy magnate Hugh Hefner proposed to his girlfriend, former Playmate Crystal Harris, 24.  :o

Other news accounts have indicated that Hef and his fiance have been "exclusive" since April 2010.

I am thinking in the world of Hef, "exclusive" means that she is the only one he's allowed to cheat on.   ;D

According to Wikipedia, Harris would only be Hef's third wife...but certainly not the third woman he's slept with!  My guess was Hefner was married seven times before.  Still, perhaps it demonstrates that Hef takes the marriage vow itself a little more seriously than a great many other celebrities.  Sure, Harris is young enough to be his granddaughter, but she's legal, so God bless 'em.

Funniest thing about this article is all the whining from women who didn't seem to realize what sort of deal it was.  Complaining about the decor?  Ma'am, if you're staying there under those conditions, there are no guards.  Geez, lady, if it's an unprofessional environment, you're free - and it's probably better for your career - to walk away. 

If even half of that article's true, I'd like to shake both Hugh's hand and the hand of the women who walk away from the mansion.  Pr0n is a profession, and without professionals, there'd be a hell of a lot less b00bage on the intertubes.  Hugh's no longer a professional, but I gotta applaud his getting more action at 84 than I got at 24.  As a fan of pr0n, I also applaud the professionalism of those who actually treat it as the business it is.
