Subject: Kylie Minogue does pub gig

Pop star Kylie Minogue thrilled Somerset villagers after staging an acoustic gig in a local pub.
Executives at Minogue's record company Parlophone organised a staff visit to Compton Martin and asked the Australian singer to make an appearance at the Ring O' Bells traditional bar.
Locals were also invited to watch as Minogue sang her hits All the Lovers and I Should Be So Lucky, dancing in a small alcove and hopping onto a bar stool.
A member of staff tells The Sun, "It was surreal having Kylie play in a normal little pub - one of the strangest gigs I've ever been to."
She was joined by her labelmates, singer Eliza Doolittle and rapper Tinie Tempah, who also performed.
Tempah says, "Kylie was brilliant. She gave me lots of advice and longevity tips."
