Are there any good, free video converter programs out there on the net that don't include watermarks? I wanna convert VOB files to FLV or WMV.

I think VLC can convert video formats, but not sure if it converts into those particular formats.

Yup. VLC and Handbrake are what you wanna be looking at.
Why the fixation on platform-specific (WMV) or vendor-dependent (FLV, dependent on Adobe)? H.264's where it's at.
