I needed desperately to understand.
The summer beat the air like a blacksmith.
Beat it into the shape of Ru Paul.
She rose off the pavement and flashed her fangs.
Cruel summer.
Through the keyhole of soul I caught a glimpse of myself locked in the white-hot straitjacket of infinite isolation.
I stood alone on the desert island.
I looked out over water.
I saw islands of starvation.  They reached out with scaly hands to grab me up.
I retreated into the jungle, took a few lifetimes of searching for life before I saw any at all.

I crossed to the other side.
I waded across a shallow, rancid inlet to the Island of Hope.
I walked for miles on the Island of Hope.
My legs grew tired and then I realized that I could have walked forever on the Island of Hope, suffocated and drained with every step, with every starving mile.

I called in the airstrike.

I incinerated the Island of Hope.

Napalm is thorough.  You know - smells like victory.

(I may have changed a word or two, but hey, honor is for neanderthals, man.  Pride and morality are camouflage for true motives.  Here I sit, drinking out the endless night.  I'll give him this much - he no longer has to lie nor defend himself to anyone ever again.  Why should he? Aha, I agree with Ash. I'm a VH1 addict. Now, I'm open-minded. Gay, straight, bi, transgendered, if it's entertaining, I'll watch it. Saw him on VH1, and it made me think he was open-minded as well.

Me neither.  RuPaul, on the other hand is one of my favorite people in the UNIVERSE.  So you can see why I feel the way I do about this particular topic.  :)

If RuPaul sounded more feminine, I'd believe he was a woman. Yet, when he's not in drag, he looks completely different.

I don't follow that show enough to say who my favorites are, but there was a celebrity look-a-like challenge, and someone did Britney Spears AMAZINGLY.. Looked just like her.. Pity.

I'd party with Rollins.

He's gonna be here in my city performing a spoken word/concert at a church.  I wonder if it will be a big sell?
