As I type this I am watching Mr. Axlerod on Face the Nation with Bob Scheiffer.  Axlerod has just stated:

"This is the first election where so much special interest money has been spent (pointing the finger at Repubs)"

...and...

"The Democrats believe that the Republicans want to turn the clock back to the Wall Street practices that got us into this economic trouble."

Apparently Mr. Axlerod forgets that the SEIU has openly bragged about spending $63,000,000 in 2008 to get O'bama and other dems elected.  In fact, at the same time it BORROWED $25MM to feed all of this.  http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124243785248026055.html

And he also forgets that the O'bama administration has just named Thomas Donilon as National Security Advisor.  While he was at/advising Fannie Mae, he fought improved regulation of that entity tooth-and-nail, and ultimately the shennanigans at that institution cost the USA $148 Billion.  While working with Fannie, Donilon amongst other things engaged in mudslinging at the federal oversight agencies and (unfortunately) succeeded in pushing back any increased oversight or regulation of Fannie.http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/national-security-advisor-tom-donilon/story?id=11836229

Axlerod then went on to sling mud at the Chamber of Commerce, accusing them of spending foreign money on the campaign.  When asked "Do you have a shred of proof of this", Axlerod's response was "Do they have any proof that they HAVEN'T spent foreign money?" .  Gimme a break.

Come on, Axlerod... you gotta have something better than this...

Yes, Obama is neck deep in dirty money, and no David Axlerod isn't better than that. 

The sick thing is Obama could not have become president without taking Wall Street bribes.  If the Founders came back to help us, they'd say, "Well, there's your problem right there.  You're letting banks and corporations decide your national priorities for you!"
