Subject: Michael Steele - the GOP gift that just keeps on giving

The Republican National Committee chairman is caught on video saying the conflict is a 'war of Obama's choosing' and implying that the U.S. effort is doomed. Conservatives call for his resignation.
I guess I know who the GOP will blame if they don't win as many seats as they like this November. Even Republicans are asking for his resignation, but that's little surprise.

Steele might well have sealed his fate with those remarks.
The fact of the matter is that O'bama has stronger support for his Afghanistan strategy from the Republicans than he does from the Dems.
This all despite the obvious fact that O'bama did not start the Afghanistan war on his watch anyway.
If there were any doubt about Steele, I think it's all gone by now. Time to give him the ol' heave 'ho.
Maybe they can replace him with Michael Steele - former bassist with The Bangles? ???
