500 casualties! So many...and yet so few compared to other conflicts in Africa over the past 20 years.
It seems at its root to be less of a religious conflict and more a war for resources between farmers and nomadic cattlemen. This kind of hurt will be remembered for generations to come leaving chances for peace greatly diminished.

Oh, great. So now everyone will know a great-uncle who was once a prince and who's trying to get $38,000,000 out of the country, God Bless You.
China might be the greater threat, Russia might have the better botnet command-and-control systems, America might be where most of the viagra and MLM spam is actually coming from, but if there's one country I could disconnect from the Internet, Nigeria would still be first on the list.
