Sounds like the Repubs don't have a monopoly on this after all...

New York Congressman Eric Massa has suddenly resigned, under the premise of a relapse of his cancer, just as a sexual harassment allegation made by a male staffer has come to light.  ::)

Interestingly he claims the charges are completely false, yet he said he resigns with "profound sense of failure and a deep apology to all those whom, for the past year, I tried to represent as our nation struggles with problems far greater than anyone can possibly imagine."

So far I've not seen any details of the staffer's allegations.  So we don't know if they involve gay-bashing remarks, clumsy pickup lines, or a mandatory Dutch Runner at this point.  :-\\

The bar actually exists, in Toronto. It was filmed at the Silver Dollar Room, a jazz bar, where the film, Adeventures In Babysitting, was  also filmed.
