I wish I could go to the first Tea Party Convention in Nashville next month, even if only to hear our Future First Female President speak in person again. But I'll be following it! Hope you'll all be watching as well. On FOX, of course. All the other networks, who still have their lips glued to Obama's butt, might even have the nerve to report "Nothing's happening today".

Keep in mind a lot can change in a year or two when it comes to politics.  In 1991, Bush Sr. looked like he would cruise to re-election only to lose a year later.  In 1982, Reagan's days seemed to be numbered and his popularity was at an all time low, only to come back in 1984 and win in a landslide.  In 1948, Truman was widely accepted to be a goner to the point that his campaign (a liberal campaign mind you) got no attention from the media.  He won election in a surprise victory that same year.

Obama cannot lose support from "Independents" drastically either. I am an "Independent" that voted for Obama in 2008 but I'm dissapointed so far in the job he has done. It was actually a few months after he and his liberal mob took over CONGRESS, leaving the Bush administration powerless to do much to prevent the meltdown! I seem to recall September 2008 when McCain stopped campaigning to refocus efforts on saving the economy. But did Obama? Of course not, his face just wasn't on enough TV screens yet! Frank was right about traces of narcissism and idol worship(for lack of a better word) among the American public. That's why we are now cursed with Barack Obama!

Finally: No, Ash. I have not compared Obama to Jesus Christ, the liberal media did enough of that all through his campaign and 'honeymoon'.
