Subject: Health Care- Disparities and Costs- How Does Your State Measure Up

The Commonwealth Fund released a report on health care access and performance. Thought everyone would like to know there chances in case they get sick. Congrats to Cat and Carlos who will do just fine. The dastardly, liberal, northeast seems to do well in taking care of its citizens.
