three things.
1) too many unknown variables to start stringing people up. The death and body disposal is horrible but, sadly I've seen worse.
2) that article was atrociously written. I don't know who's more at fault. The reporter? Or the editor?
3) please keep us udated as more info is released.

I actually think that people that do things like this should suffer the same fate.
And we do not even nessicarily have to kill him. Just make him spend the rest of his life sitting in raw sewage.

I don't disagree - actually I like mushrooms suggestion- but let's figure who's responsible first there was not enough evidence in that article to send any difinitve suspect into the tank.
