Subject: Has Obama cut spending on ANYTHING?

I remember back during the campaign, and watching his final debate with McCain, he kept reinterating that he'd cut spending, using a ''scalpel'' to cut spending, and that he'd cut out the government waste. Has he cut anything?

yes, he cut more fighter planes, and made all the departments dispose of obsolete equipment. Most of the cuts aren't huge, and the Republicans were calling him out for it, by complaining it wasn't very much at all. It was still way more than his predecessor cut from the budgets. This was way back in June.
