I was looking at another message board and there was one thread that people were commenting on the names that Sarah & Todd picked for their kids-Track, Bristol, Trig, etc. etc. They were coming up with other names that the Palins could have picked. Some where so funny that I thought I would share them.

Manchester, Sheffield, Newcastle, and Lake District
Derrick, Boom, Platform, Wellhead & Drillbit (Names for the grandkids)

My favorite one was someone saying that Trig could have been worse. He could have been named Algebra 2.

Ok, ok, I know this may seem a bit (dare I say) "catty" but I just think this is very funny. Care to add to the list?

At first, it seemed to me to be rather eccentric that they gave their children such unusual names. But then, when I thought about it, I actually found it to be independent and free-spirited. They're bucking society's conventions.  :)

Actually, the names the Palins gave to two of their daughters, Willow and Piper, aren't all that out of the ordinary. There's a fair number of people named Willow and Piper, I think.

Dang How could I forget about Piper Halliwell!!!!  Hmmm 

Hmm just checked it seems Willow is 14 so she was born in 94 Buffy began airing in 97 (There was no mention of Willow in the Buffy movie)

However, Piper is 7 and Charmed first aired 98 so there is no excuse there Sarah Palin....you named your kid after a witch  :D
