Subject: Car on fire crashes into Glasgow Airport

After the light of what occured in London yesterday with the two failed car bomb attempts.
A car on fire has been driven at the main terminal building at Glasgow Airport, police have confirmed.
Eyewitnesses have described a Jeep Cherokee being driven at speed towards the building with flames coming out from underneath.
They have also described seeing two Asian men, one of whom was on fire, who had been in the car.

Wow!! :o Glasgow of all places. You expect to hear about this stuff happening in the middle east and Asia but not Scotland.

I suspect that this crime will be traced to Scottish Rite Fundamentalists who still have a chapped azz over Scotland being part of the UK.

Most Americans who have heard the name heard it in Monty Python's "Travel Agent" sketch:
....and you get cornered by some drunken greengrocer from Luton with an Instamatic camera and Dr. Scholl sandals and last Tuesday's Daily Express and he drones on and on about 'ow Mr. Smith should be running this country and 'ow many languages Enoch Powell can speak and then he throws up over the Cuba Libres.
Powell also popped up in the plot of the movie "East is East" about Pakistani families in 1971 Salford.

I just saw this on the news. i was surprised as well....but i hate when we underestimate how volitile any situation can get- anywhere.

I don't know about misunderstood, he was an objectionable hateful little man.. and I love him for it. He said exactly what he thought.. never would thunk it'd be coming true.

One would assume.
It is very odd to target Glasgow, seeing as.. really, it's a nothing.
I mean, Glasgow is a horrid little city full of skag heads and prostitutes, the world pays it little heed, so why bother making an attack against it's crappy little airport? Makes no sense.
