I admire Sen. Jim Inhofe's pitbull-style tenacity in the face of all evidence to the contrary. He's sticking to his guns (perhaps literally out there in OK) on his denial of Global Warming. He compares the evidence to Nazi Germani:

In an interview, he heaped criticism on what he saw as the strategy used by those on the other side of the debate and offered a historical comparison.
"It kind of reminds . . . I could use the Third Reich, the big lie," Inhofe said.
"You say something over and over and over and over again, and people will believe it, and that's their strategy."
If Inhofe sticks to his story in the blistering 110 degee Oklahoma heat, I feel much better about our temperate 84 degree temperatures up here in Massachusetts. Hey, we always had this kind of heat in the summer up here. There's no "global warming," just another one of them liberal scare tactics!
Now, Senator Inhofe, you still don't have the best melodramatic Nazi Germany analogy out there. That honor goes to Grover Norquist, president of Americans For Tax Reform, who compared the Estate Tax to the Holocaust!
