To put in contrast, my favourite Sam Raimi films are "The Evil Dead" (1981) and "A Simple Plan" (1988).

2002's Spider-Man, the hype and craze this movie spawned.
People always talk about Batmania '89.
There was Spider-mania in 2002, this movie was huge and changed the genre forever, also one of the last Y2K era movies.
