Subject: Which anime did you like more as a kid: Pokémon or Yu-Gi-Oh!?

For me, I was definitely a WAY BIGGER Yu-Gi-Oh! fan of course. I LOVED Yu-Gi-Oh! as a kid. I owned so many of the cards, watched the show religiously when it was Cartoon Network and Kids WB!, always had duels with my friends and cousins. I liked Pokémon too, but I always more of a casual fan and I never obsessively collected Pokémon cards like I did Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, Dragon Ball Z action figures, Major League Baseball cards or Bionicles.
There is no denying that Pokémon-mania was WAY BIGGER in 1999-2000 than Yu-Gi-Oh!-mania in 2003-2004 though.

I never liked Yu-Gi-Oh. Don’t think I’ve watched even a single episode. So Pokemon easily, but only the first 2/3 generations, I don’t recognise anything after that.

Pokemon. I never got into yugioh, but some of my friends were into it during the 2002-2003 school year.
