I don't understand why you guys say the Y2K era ended after 9/11. To me, that era is 1998-2003, as JordanK1982 (old user) said. Even after 9/11, a lot of pop culture from 2002-2003 was still released in the Y2K style. 2003 was when the Y2K aesthetic ended and was replaced with the McBling aesthetic.
But if we're going with a 9/11 cutoff, then here's some videos:
Aaliyah - More Than A Woman (November 2001)

Diddy - Tell Me (2006)

"Lovestoned/I Think She Knows" by Justin Timberlake, especially the second music video, which has a white and gray futuristic background.

Looking at the charts from 2002-2003, it seems like despite 9/11, people were still trying to hold on to the Y2K era for a little bit. 2003-2004 was when it really ended, to me, because that's when the Iraq War happened, Nick and CN cancelled all the 90s shows, and The Simple Life with Paris Hilton came out, ushering in the "McBling era" as it's called.

Don't forget to add Pimp My Ride to that list. I used to watch both those shows. :-[
