PopCap Games was founded in 2000 and was the producer of several highly-acclaimed games like Bejeweled, Zuma, Bookworm, and Insaniquarium. Their games came in two versions: a free online Java version and a "try-then-buy" downloadable version. I remember discovering this website early in 2003 when I was in 1st grade and having loads of fun.

Nowadays they're a subsidiary of Electronic Arts and their former URL redirects you to their section on the EI website.
