My favorite bridge is the Apollo Bridge, completed in 2005, really puts Vienna's Danube bridges to shame (the only European project named one of five finalists for the 2006 Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award by the American Society of Civil Engineers):

Most apartment buildings built in Central Europe in the mid to late 2000s were more colorful. These 2007 complex has the currently fashionable forms, but it also has some colorful red/pink and teal accents so it doesn't look as dull as modern counterparts:

Let's go west to the lands of townhouses: Dutch red brick townhouses (terraced houses in BrE) from 2007: https://www.barten-tiemessen.nl/aanbod/woningaanbod/wageningen/koop/huis-4287097-Laantje-van-Pieter-Bas-11/ Thank God they're more or less similar to the classic ones. Although I'd love to see newly built British ones that look like the Victorian ones (crown-shaped chimney pots and all). :)
