Yes, I certainly do! I watched it all the time until it became ABC Family. That channel had a variety of shows, from cartoons to live-action.

Yes, that is a completely different channel altogether, which is still active today.

Vaguely, but I don't think the channel was necessarily that distinct to what it would eventually become, that being ABC Family, hence why my memories of the channel are vague (or my memories of something that may had been from ABC Family, could've easily been from FOX, and vice-versa). There was some original programming, but overall you could simply say that FOX Family & ABC Family were one of the same. Now, The Family Channel, from what I've heard and read, seemed to had been much more of a distinct channel, prior to it becoming FOX Family.

I remember missing some of the cartoons from Fox Family, when they switched it to ABC Family. There was this one show about a Penguin, that I have been trying to find for years.

That's because you have to remove the "s" from the "https", so that the URL shows up as "http:" from the start. The tag doesn't like "https" for some reason.

It was made around during the final days of ABC Family, right before it was changed to FreeForm. Give it a read :).

I remember the "One Saturday Morning" program on ABC Kids and I remember the jingle of the song too. I don't know if that's related to anything about ABC Family though.
