Which was the better time for pop culture?

That's a hard one. The former had better games and fashion imo but the latter had more exciting tech and TV shows and movies. I'm going to go with the former, but I like them for different reasons.
Also honestly it should just be 1993-1996 vs 1997-2000 for simplicity's sake :P

Anyways for the sake of the question I’ll go with Clinton’s 1st term. It’s one of my favorite eras of pop culture (along with the 1989-1992 ‘Bush Senior’ Era). I would’ve loved to have been a teenager during during this time.
Or more preferably a teenager in the ‘Bush Senior’ Era and then a young adult during the ‘Clinton I’ Era 8).
