That was my youth generation!
I remember watching them on the TV at the time after going to the local youth club.
Wishing my life could have all of that female interaction in it.
I recently rewatched season 1 which bought back some memories!
Incidentally I've just started watching The Inbetweeners this morning which was something I saw on at the time (I caught part of the episodes)but never really watched.
It's a shame I lived my life in front of a computer back then.
Edit to add:
It's crazy how modern stuff from back then still looks to this day.
Show it to an 18 year old today and they probably wouldn't realise it was from 10 years ago!
Compared to the difference between 1998 and 2008.
Edit:
An interesting observation, Series 2 episode 4 of The Inbetweeners, one of them (Neil) mentions that they have Google Maps on their phone for navigating the streets of London.
Sign of the times 10 years ago!

This TV series shows a very realistic image of the youth back then. The core Millennials as they really are, they had to deal a lot with drugs, parties, depression in the Generation X hangover era and nowadays early Gen Zers are still dealing with the same issues, so aside technology, today’s youth is not so different from 2008 youngers.

I don't agree that they had to "deal" with anything ::)
I didn't have to "deal" with any of those things.
I've got no sympathy, the only part I wanted of it was the sex that I missed out on >:(
Yes, you can tell I am bitter >:(
