I know everyone on here thinks that, at the latest, mid 2004 was when all the crumbs of the 90's faded away. But for me, Spring 2003 00's enough to be called full 00's.  ;D

I think there were echoes of the '90s as late as 2006.  Most of it was gone by 2004, but I remember it really took until 2006 before it really felt like the '90s were completely gone.  If I could say there was one event that marked the final nail in the coffin for the '90s, it was probably Sam Goody going out of business in 2006.

I guess you could say the same thing about the 80's. There were small, subtle hints of the 80's all the way until 1995/1996.   

I miss jeans the more I run into them. People still wear them but, its like the 2000s really brought out their magic. Also, you hit the nail for me when you threw in a Destiny's Child photo.

Yeah, that's when OG Spongebob ended. After the movie, it just wasn't funny anymore to me.

Yeah, I feel like Spongebob should've ended after the movie as it was the creators choice also SpongeBob is pretty much doing good now after season 9 and ever since the creator of the show came back.

One thing I remember about November 2004 was the elections, which George W. Bush got reelected. One song I remember that was popular at the time was "1,2 Step" by Ciara. December 2004 was a good time as well, when Polar Express came out. Actually every month of 2004 was a great time.
