I remember this commercial. This used to be played on Cartoon Network everyday.
I LOVED Toontown and I miss it. R.I.P Toontown Online 2003-2013 :\'(.

I remember that ad you posted on the original post so well. It looked cool to me. In fact, I actually wanted to go on Toontown Online to see what it's like. Needless to say, it was alright. I actually enjoyed the atmosphere of the game and I loved some of the songs. Too bad it wasn't for free though.
