I used to watch most of those shows on PBS Kids after school as well when I was very little. It's too bad that I grew out of them when I was 7.

Fox Kids ended on September 7, 2002...so the overwhelming majority of '00s kids didn't watch it growing up (I certainly didn't...heck, I didn't even know of it until 5 years ago).

I think Rugrats was swapped out for Yu-Gi-Oh at some point, and Digimon out for Beyblade. After those were over I'd go play, until 8PM when Dragon Ball Z came on.

As for the mid late 2000s it was more mixed, since I was watching more mature programming by then and the episodes were weekly rather than Monday to Thursday.

Teletoons is strictly cartoons. YTV has cartoons but also some sitcoms. In general you could say YTV's target audience includes teenagers too, while Teletoons is for children with its day programming but has Teletoons Detour/Teletoons at Night for adult cartoons.

I'm pretty sure Cartoon Network Canada and USA are the same. It's a premium channel so it doesn't have to follow a lot of the public broadcasting regulations that YTV or Teletoons does, like having a minimum percentage of Canadian content.

Here's a factoid for you. Back during the mid '90s WGN used to actually be a WB affiliate. They would show WB primetime programming during the week, as well as Kids WB afternoon block. Oddly, they would show Kids WB's Saturday morning block as well, but they would delay it to Sunday mornings.
