I have noticed that when 2000s music is discussed, the R&B portion is almost never mentioned. It unfortunately seems to be forgotten in a way because there were amazing songs from that time. So to make up for it, post your favorite R&B tracks from this decade. :)

Usher is one of the biggest artists of the 2000s hands down.

2004-2006 was a big time for R&B. I remember all of these cool people came on 106 & Park.
Neyo's debut album, In My Own Words, was great. It's second single, "So Sick" was big on the radio. It was #1 on the Billboard 100 and has been certified 4x Platinum. It helped the album land the number one spot on the 2000 album chart as well as reach Platinum status. He is well known as a songwriter. One recognizable song he has written is "Let Me Love You" by Mario. Both of these songs are favorites of mine.

That's one of the earliest if not the earliest radio song I can remember hearing back then, I must've first heard it when I was two or three, love it so much! :D It's one of my favorite songs ever. Still listen to this song on my 2000's R&B playlist on Spotify!
