mines would have to be George lopez and Malcolm in the middle (don't know if that counts as a sitcom)

George Lopez started in 2002 and finished in 2007, so I'd consider that as more of a mid 2000's sitcom since most of the episodes premiered and peaked during that time. However, Malcolm in the Middle can qualify, since most of its run was in the early 2000's, despite lasting until 2006.

I liked one called Ladies Man. It starred Alfred Molina, Sharon Lawrence and Betty White. In it's first season, it won the People's Choice award for best new sitcom. I guess I was the only one watching Season 2. I was so angry when it got canceled.

Other early 00s sitcoms I liked that were short lived:

Married to the Kellys
In-Laws
Cursed (aka The Weber Show)
Good Morning, Miami
Stark Raving Mad
That '80s Show

It was shows like these that got canceled as to why I gave up watching Prime Time TV. I find a show I like and they cancel it. These days, I just wait for shows to build a following, then once they get syndicated, I just watch the reruns and if I like the show enough, I'll get the DVD

My favorite was probably an obscure show called "Still Standing." It didn't last very long (ran from 2002 through 2004) but it was hilarious. I also really liked King of Queens and Everybody Loves Raymond.

besides hope and faith all of those are 90s sitcoms

Though I associate it more with the '90s, I never fully understood the show 'Friends'. It was all the rage but for some reason I never found it funny. Now that I'm older, I've went back and tried to watch the reruns and I dislike it just as much today as I did when it was on the air.

Looking back, it's amazing how much stronger sitcoms still were on prime-time network TV in the early '00s compared to today. In 2015, The Big Bang Theory is really the only sitcom that gets consistently high ratings, whereas in 2001 you still had Everybody Loves Raymond, Friends, Fraiser, Malcolm in the Middle, George Lopez, That '70s Show, King of Queens and several others that got respectable Nielsen numbers.

I guess that just fits in with the overall decline of network television ratings over the past decade.
