Subject: Anyone heard this before? Most likely '00s, perhaps '10s

Got an earworm that I heard in passing, been trying to figure out where it's from but no luck. I figure some expert on here must know!
Melody: http://onlinesequencer.net/93993
Only words I could make out were "here I am, here I am" toward the end (or something that sounds like that, because no luck with that exact phrase on Google).
Would be a band with a male singer, in the style of The Script, The Fray, Snow Patrol (you know what I mean heh)
Thank you very much!

Thanks but unfortunately not. I would say maybe focus on the melody (that's what I'm sure of) than the words "here I am" (might have heard incorrectly). I'm almost certain "here I am" is not in the title as I looked through a ton of those before posting here.
Anyone else?
EDIT: I realize I may have misremembered the tune slightly as well. Does this one ring a bell?
