Anyone else heard of this Swedish electro pop duo? ??? I must admit I only recently discovered them.
The Knife (siblings Karin Dreijer Andersson and Olof Dreijer) formed in 1999 but their first live performance wasn't until 2006, as I understand it. In the meantime they had built up quite an internet following with their pulsating and haunting songs. Here's a few...
Marble House (2006)

Pass This On (2003)

Handy Man (2003)

Heartbeats (2002)

If the latter sounds vaguely familiar... that's because a cover version by José Gonzalez was used for the "Bouncy Balls" ad for Sony Bravia.

Catchy stuff 8) That video for 'Handy Man' was odd though. Kind of like Benassi's 'Satisfaction' but minus all the innuendo LOL

It is kinda similar, isn't it? Although I'm not completely certain there's no innuendo at all in "Handy Man"...
I was introduced to The Knife only last Friday, when I went to see a play in our local theater and their music was played inbetween scenes. I was captivated instantly.
Here's the "Bouncy Balls" ad I was talking about earlier:
