Recently watched watched the rejected Nickelodeon pilot for "The Modifyers" (2007,uploaded online earlier this month on Facebook by it's creator Chris Reccardi)

The flash animation isn't cringe worthy and kinda has a '60's vibe. The main character is appealing though looks generic. It's interesting and probably would've made a good series with better writing.
Also chuckled a few times, especially Agent Xero's expressions, disguises and and the random sour milk bit.
Guessing it didn't get picked up because it's not overly gross or done in CGI like a few other recent Nicktoons.
