Subject: Digital Copy

Alot of movies nowadays (especially Blu-Ray) come with a Digital Copy. I am not a big fan of these, for many reasons:
When I bought the Blu-Ray Book edition of Batman, it came with a digital copy in a separate sleeve, so I figured i'd download it and see what it is like. It never worked, and when I tried to run it with Windows Media Player, I kept getting some kind of license agreement error. When I tried to download it again, it told me that the code had already been used.
It wasn't so much that it didn't work that irked me, but the fact that you can only download it once, then the disc is basically useless. Meanwile, the packaging will still say "Digital Copy Included". From what I heard though, the quality of the digital copy is less than that of DVD

DRM: Once more, proven Defective By Design, and more of a hindrance to legitimate consumers than to pirates.

If you can find a copy of Fair Use, consider yourself lucky...
