Seems that an Illinois attorney is in trouble with the bar association, because he placed an ad for a secretary, who was also expected to party with him and his partner, sometimes separately and sometimes all together:

It was certainly a moral debacle.
But as to ethics? My thought is that he clearly spelled out the qualifications for the job and there was no deceptive angle to it. Although my guess is that he could have been charged with soliciting prostitution since the prospective worker would have collected a paycheck for their, *ahem* services. :D
