I went and saw the movie 9. The multiplex even showed it in theater number 9, and the price of the ticket was almost $9 for a matinee.

It was Dans (Daniel's father) birthday so we took them out for lunch, then Tim & I took DanDan home for a few days.

THe last time I did anything special for a time or date like that was 19 years ago.
I was walking down the street in Okinawa City when my alarm went off warning me I had less then a minute left. So I walked to the side of a building and stood in the shade as I counted down the seconds. In less then a minute, it was.
12:34:56 on 8 July 1990.
Or as it would commonly be written, 12:34:56 7/8/90
I also paid no special attention on 02/02/02, 03/03/03, 04/04/04, 05/05/05, well, you get the idea. :)

For me 09/09/09 was a very special, I had started a new job, and after two days of introduction, it was the first day at the location of my employment.
