A hero is only as great as his villain is sadistic/criminal. Here are the 13 worst movie villains I could think of from the 2000's.

Of those choices, Voldemort easily. . .but "The Joker" is actually my favorite 'villain' act of the decade.

But then again, I am biased, since I am such a huge Harry Potter fan.

Hands down, I think the Joker was the scariest. Heath ledger's portrayal of the Joker just made me cringe. It was spectacular. He was miles from whomever played the Joker in the 60s Batman TV series.
He's probably the ONLY clown that ever scared me.

Heath Ledger's Joker was bad(a$$). I guess Lord Voldemert would be a close second. I would also like to write in Megatron.
