It hit me in 2001.

Actually, I felt it in 1999 with the change in music scene (Teen pop, Eminem) and all that talk about Y2K before it even didn't happen. Lol.
Things just felt different for some reason. There was only 1 year or 2 left of Clinton and DVD started to become a hot commodity.
And cellphones were about 2 years away from exploding!
