I think the two best are Life on Mars, and My own worst Enemy.
Anyone else care to comment?

for the first time in my life I am totally disappointed with the TV season! >:(
The best show is The Mentalist.
Life on Mars is growing on me as is My Own Worst Enemy.
I do not watch any other new shows. A first for me really. I usually watch everything!

♦ Flashpoint
♦ My Own Worst Enemy
The only new shows of 2008 that I have an interest in.

oh yeah flashpoint was alright. The last couple of episodes were pretty good. I forgot about it because there aren't any new episodes currently airing.

I still watch My Name Is Earl, and I've started to watch The Office more than I used to (The three Jokers opening was hilarious! ;D "Watch me make this pencil disa --" "...disappear." ;D ;D ;D).
But one show that is likely to spark your interest is a little sophomore show called Pushing Daisies. If you've never heard of this show or never watched it, shame on you. ::) It's an ABC comedy-drama-fantasy about a piemaker named Ned who with one touch, can bring the dead back to life. But if he touches them again, dead forever. And if one is revived for over 60 seconds, another must die in one's place.
This is a truly must-see show. It's taking a two-week break, but will return triumphantly on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 @ 8 p.m./7 Central on ABC! The show's fate is unknown as of now, with cancellation rumors spreading like wildfire. Luckily, the fans' campaign to save the show has gotten some big press thanks to a Sci-Fi.com article.
For more information on saving the show, check out http://www.savedaisies.com and ABC.com's Pushing Daisies Message Boad. There are other sites, but I can post them later, if you'd like. :)

I know you're pushing for Pushing Daisies but its in its second season so it hardly qualifies as a new show.... BTW did you respond to the question I asked you in your Pushing Daisies thread? I see the writers on Tues.

Fringe, Life On Mars, Flashpoint and The Mentalist are great too.
