You shouldn't have put technology because everyone will vote for that.  

With that said, if I had to pick a choice that wasn't technology, it would be the movies.  The 00s have a lot of memorable movies in my opinion.  

Overall though, my favorite thing about the 00s is the video games, but they aren't a choice.  Video games now make the same amount of money as the movie industry does (not counting concession stand sales, of course) so I'm obviously not alone in having video games be my favorite aspect of the decade.

Fashion, except for that "emo" look I think is quite good so I would probably say that for something unique to now. Technology is always improving. TV is ok but idk not very memorable it seems. There's always been good movies no matter what time period. I would have picked music a few years ago, but not anymore.  ::)

Yeah, even if tech is the obvious choice for most people, that's what I'll pick too. There might be things we all despise about the Zeroes in one way or another, but it's great having ipods, digital cameras, the Internet and everything else. It's become a part of our daily lives since the early-mid '00s and was in the mainstream by 1997ish.

Even if it's far smaller than previous decades, there is SOME pop culture from this decade that I like. There was actually alot of good music from 2001-'05 or so (Kelly Clarkson, "Stacy's Mom", The Killers, Michelle Branch, Green Day's comeback, Gwen's solo stuff).

I think movies are probably the most "timeless" aspect of pop culture. There might be slight shifts in certain subcategories of films that end up being popular (i.e. the rocker/stoner pair of guys seemed to be common in the early-mid '90s), but of course the basic styles and genres stay the same, of course.

I Would also have to say technology, hands down.

Tech definitely, lazy people like me aren't so miserable after all.

Well, technology of course. Ya'd have to lack taste to pick any of the others (well, taste is all subjective of course, at the end of the day).  ::)

I thought of voting for fashion, but it's all retro stuff anyway.

Movies would be a good choice, but with every good one there's another bad one.

Music is a definite no, despite a few good consistent artists.

Therefore by default I voted TV... despite my ever growing retro dvds, I still love stuff like Brothers & Sisters, Desperate Housewives and Idol.  :-[

Overall, I would choose the technology. I do like plenty '00s movies though, and some of the music is pretty good.
