It's like prison rape. You have no choice in the matter so grit your teeth and try not to think about it. It'll be over soon enough.

If I hated anything that much I'd find a way to enjoy it.
Happy Holidays

Hey I LIKE Christmas.
On what other day can you celebrate the unauthorized entry of your home by a overweight man dressed in red clothing, for the supposed reason of giving of gifts you don't want and can't use?
On what other day can you celebrate and encourage the kissing of unknown individuals under a known poisonous plant? (Go for it you lecherous guys who've been waiting your chance).
On what other holiday can you rejoice in spending $70 for what will soon to be a dead pine tree (that you will have to throw AWAY) and decorate it with overpriced and dangerous electrical devices that end in tragic house fires each year?
On what other day will you spend you hard eared paycheck in buying gifts for people that you wouldn't spend the same $$ to buy knives to throw at them with?
During what other time will you be subjugated to endless playing of torturous Christmas songs each and ever time you walk into a store or office building without the ability to turn them off? (Kenny G, Mariah Scary, and any boy band Christmas albums should be burned RIGHT NOW). The only Christmas album that can be played more than once and not have my ears bleed is Vince Guraldi's "Charlie Brown Christmas". And as far as I am concerned the only Christmas music that should be allowed to be played on this earth, period.
Sorry, I really LIKE Christmas, just that the shopping, parking, wrapping and the other commercialism that has sucked the fun out of what I used to get and enjoy from the holiday season as a child is gone...and not sure how to get that back. :-\\
