Time sure flies doesn't it? :(

Crap!! Sorry.  Here's to things looking up in 2008!

oh, you know, i been okay. i meant more collectively. but all in all, this has been a good year for me personally. some messed up things but some really wonderful things that more than make up for them. :)

Well, I actually thought 2007 was a very good year.  2008 will be an interesting year though.  It has the potential to either be really good or mediocore depending on how things progress from here.  On the one hand, 2008 will be a godly year for video games (just like this year was) and should have some good movies and some good music (assuming non-Rap mainstream music continues its upward trend in quality.  Yes, I actually thought 2007 had some pretty good music.).  On the other hand, the writer's strike could definitely bring the year down a notch and lets not forget the oncoming recession.  Its being delayed at this point, but it will come eventually.  2007 was a 9/10 for me, so 2008 will definitely have its work cut out for it if it wants to beat 2007.

Oh well, lets hope for the best in 2008.  If things work out, I'll be traveling abroad for the first time in 2008 (I'm already trading in dollars for euros so I don't have to put up with the devaluing of the dollor ruining my plans), so that should make it memorable.

I'm always hoping for a better year. Every year has it's ups and downs.

Well 1988 and 1998 had some pretty good music so I am hoping for the same in 2008! Another good thing going for music in 2008 is a year when a new president music is elected that year is more often than not music is good for that year: 1984, 1988, 1992, 1996, and 2004. I don't think 1980 and 2000 were banner years for music.

I actually was thinking the other day music is going to be good next year(2008) but your right music can diissapoint me in 2008 and be medicocre.

It was the first year my boyfriend and I did not take any lenghty vacation like we've done in previous years. 2007 was alright. I mean, I'm not dead. Or spending Christmas under a bridge. Sure It didn't end out exactly as I'd like to, but it's good enough.

I second that. In 2008, I will be going to Milwaukee for a trip, have a Graduation party, maybe have a job, maybe get my Drivers License, and for almost everyone here the nightmare will be over on November 6.

2008.... I am amazed. I thought it would be '99 forever.

I have a feeling that 2008 will be a good year. I'm moving to Japan so that alone will be exciting. It is also the last year of Bush and I'm happy about getting a new president. I'm also looking forward to Dr. Dre's new album, hopefully it will be as good as The Chronic. Usher has a new album due in the spring. Looks like a lot of good movies will be coming out in '08, like The Dark Knight, Get Smart, Iron Man, 10000 B.C., Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, Madagascar 2.

I hope to celebrate and bring in 2008 in style.  :) Even if I'm at home, I'm going to wear a party dress and get the one woman party started  ;D

2007 has been a pretty good year...at least it was better than 2006 and 2005.  My life basically sucked in 2005 and 2006 was a little better, but not much.  This ear I think was pretty bland.
