There's an old saying, and I'm not sure if I have it exactly right, but it goes something along the lines of "procrastination has sent more people to hell than whiskey ever did."

Several weeks ago I posted in this thread, and I included a link to a picture to drive my point home (as I often do). 

Since then, the site which I'd linked to changed the pic (apparently out of spite due to my stealing their bandwidth) to a bunch of images that were the most vile and disgusting things imaginable, including the infamous "g*atse" pic that terrorized this site a couple years back.

I removed that post and IMed tia asking him to remove his subsequent post, since he used the "reply with quote" function to respond and it duplicated  those awful images. Tia, bless his heart, immediately removed his post too, so you all wouldn't have to be subjected to all of that crap.

All I can say is that a huge part of what's wrong with our society is how a lot of people who otherwise wouldn't act rude or cruel in public think they can do so behind the anonymonity of the Internet.

I'm beginning to think that the Internet is going to end up sending more people to hell than procrastination and whiskey combined.  :(

yeah, between that stuff and "two girls one cup" it's a wonder the jackbooted thugs from the ATF haven't shut the internet down by now. heck, stuff like that sorta makes me wanna put my john hancock on the PATRIOT ACT if it'll help.

There's a flickr pool called "firstg*bleep*tse", only without the bleep.  It's safe for work.  It's basically a collection of people's faces (taken from people holding a camera on the "safe" side of the monitor) when they first encounter you-know-who-se.  One of the funniest pools I've ever browsed through.

The G...uy-who-shall-not-be-named goes back to well before 9/11.  He was enough of an Internet legend that he made the rounds at my office on the Monday after 9/11, because he'd updated his site to read "Osama, your ass is next!"  Epic win, and the kind of thing we all needed that horrible Monday.

haha hes 28 and hes strange he posts alot of random things on many diffrent message bords and ys KB did go out but he made that a good month before they closed hes so weird just keep looking at his vids there strange and me makes soooo many
