Heard there was a woman in the midwest starting a fair job case against a department store for not letting her be considered for a SANTA position!
Let's put that in the bin with the profiling cases as well.... >:( >:( >:(

Seeing how Santa isn't real and that, I'd imagine, women buy more gifts for their kids, I don't see a problem with women santas. The beard thing might not work out too well, though...
