I like her stuff from the early 2000's better than the 2006/2007 stuff.

I wonder if she will still be popular in 2010?

i wonder how popular she will be in the U.S. at least, since a majority of the singles from Loose haven't done too well here.

i chose 'Maneater'.

well Promiscuous and Say It Right at least were huge hits, Maneater shoulda been bigger but radio didn't play it much but it sold well digitally so peaked top 20. Loose is still the most successful she's been here.

Technically not her song per se, but my favourite is the song 'Breath' which she collaborated on with the Vancouver hip-hop group Swollen Members.  It was a #1 hit in Canada :)

When she releases a Greatest Hits album, this song had better be on there or i'm not gonna buy it lol

I not only like her music, but I think she's a different type of Canadian artist. Unlike many Canadian artists that hit it big internationally who move somewhere else, be it to the States or to Switzerland, she has kept it real. She's proud to live in Toronto and lauds it as the most multi-cultural city in the world. She was the hottest act in the world last year but she still played the Grey Cup and hosted the Junos, not for the money (because these are certainly not as lucrative as her regular gigs), but because she was honoured to. She started her world tour in Canada, and played cities like Kelowna and Trois-Rivières. One day when her career slows down, she'll be rewarded for it because she'll still have her loyal Canadian fans at home.

Do you think she'll bring her show up to Moose Factory?  ???

Powerless (Say What You Want)

That's a great song. I'm surprised that album didn't do as well as Whoa Nelly!
