He had some funny bits. My favorite was the sketch where he played a blind white supremicist who never knew he was black!
"Why don't you n*gg*rs turn that jungle music down?"
(white kids blasting hip-hop in car) "Did he just call us n*gg*rs? Awesome!!! (high-fives)
In general Chappelle relied leaned too much on shock value in lieu of more challenging cleverness. Mencia does the same crap.
