Subject: Universal Building "Harry Potter" Theme Park

That's right, folks. Anyone who's ever wanted to walk in Harry's footsteps will have their chance starting in Orlando sometime in 2009.
Interesting that they open the year between the premieres of "Half-Blood Prince" and "Deathly Halllows". Anyway, J.K. Rowling and the HP moviemakers are involved in the project, and so far it will include such locations as Hogwart's, the Dark Forest, and Hogsmeade Village. However, I think there should also be a shopping area (at least) based on Diagon Alley! NTM, the main restaurant could be The Leaky Cauldron!
JSYK, we've been warned not to expect look-alikes to be roaming the park, and I doubt there'll be any character parades or anything. OTOH, could you imagine being in the Dark Forest and running into an animatronic Firenze, Norbert, Buckbeak, or even Aragog?
I certainly have some ideas, and if you have any, let us know here!

I read that you'll be able to walk around Hogwarts castle - it's like a dream come true. I can't wait to see it!

I'm looking forward to it. My daughter will be in college, but I'm sure we'll be able to find a way to go check it out.

I'm there... why is the Orlando Universal so much better than the Hollywood Universal I mean Hollywood is the home of movies!
