Ashley Tisdale's music is more modern (ie Pussycat Dolls, Justin Timberlake) than a throwback to the '80's and her music is far different than a young Deborah Gibson. Not to mention that Tisdale lacks musical talent and atleast Deb didn't look like Kate Moss at 21.

It appears that Disney Channel’s Ashley Tisdale is multitalented.  Ashley Tisdale started acting in the movie High School Musical and Disney Channel’s The Suite Life of Zach & Cody. On February 6, she emerged on the charts with her new album titled Headstrong. 

Fans of Ashley Tisdale will discover her multi-faceted personality through her songs. Her sweet, touching balladry is reminiscent of Hilary Duff and a young Debbie Gibson.  She is teen-based with a positive rhythmic sound. There is definite singing ability to her songs and fans will identify with her style and lyrics.

Ashley Tisdale is simply irresistible. Listening to her sound is like taking you back into the ‘80s pop scene. She has tremendous amounts of light, fun and spunk to add to her urban-flavored sound. 

Some of her co-writers have worked with Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani, Ashley Simpson and Cher. Ashley Tisdale has a career that is skyrocketing to the top and she is taking the fans by storm one step at a time.  Whether it’s through her acting or singing, she will positively be around for a long time.

Back to the 80s?  I've heard several Tisdale songs, and she's far from the sound of the 80s. 

A better review would be "Ashley Tisdale is a no talent singer who's soothing vocal stylings can best be compared to that of some fat guy on a toilet crapping out diahrrea" lol
